Week in photos: Last of October

Hello everyone!  I realize that I haven’t posted as many outfit photos. I promise that will change soon! With September-October being two very eventful and busy months, I haven’t had time to edit any photos, so I’ve just been updating my blog with what I’ve been busy with.

I finally caved in and bought these Nike Roshe Run in Black/Sail. If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll know that I have been talking about these shoes VERY frequently. It was my first and only pair of roshes that I wanted but having been sold out everywhere, I ended up getting a hot pink pair. My justification for paying these extremely overpriced shoes off of eBay was that if I’ve been thinking about these shoes for a year, and I better get them now before they are REALLY sold out everywhere. I have no regrets 🙂

Picked up some skincare from one of my favorite brands, Shiseido. I got the UV Tinted Moisturizer for my mom in light pale and the BB Cream in Medium for myself. With the purchase of two products I was able to get a GWP of the new Ibuki line. Sadly, I have to return the BB cream because it makes me too oily and is way too dark for my skin (they only have two shades, medium and dark). I’m excited to try the new Ibuki line though!

Converted my high top Chucks into low tops–since I already have a cream pair of high tops.

Bought some more workout gear-necessities 🙂

Discovered my new favorite tomato soup from trader joes! perfect with grilled cheese 🙂

Celebrated our three year anniversary with a home made dinner. Buttered scallops, parmesan risotto, grilled asparagus and seared tuna tataki salad. Yum.

Ended the last week of October with my UVA Young Alumni Reunion weekend. My first and will probably be my last Alumni trip to UVA. It was great fun going back to the places I loved and eating all the yummy food. Ended the trip with my favorite Blackberry ice cream from Moo Thru 🙂

I hope your October was as eventful as mine!
